The rubber band trick is something I applied to getting my head straight.Levitra Super Active online I first used it to quit swearing so much and later applied it alter my thinking pattern about my ex. Simply put, after my breakup and my guess is yours too, I couldn’t get my ex out of my head and it made me think and do some pretty crazy stuff…things that rational people people don’t do. Trust me, those irrational things don’t lure you ex back to you, they just push her further away.

Back to rubber band trick…though pretty unorthodox, it’s very effective in altering you thought process. Get yourself a thick rubber band that will fit loosely around your wrist. When any thought of you ex pops into your head give yourself a firm snap of the rubber band. After you snap your wrist, reaffirm a positive thought in your head and move on. Example, I’m strong, I’m a survivor, I have control of my emotions. Sounds corny, but you’d be shocked after a while how well this works. Next thing you know, you head is clear and you can move forward trying to get your ex-girlfriend with well thought-out rational tactics.
